6/30/2017LOI was accepted on my 35th birthday! 340 units in Fort Worth, a portfolio of 2 multi-family apartment complexes for $25M. Now all my efforts and hard work is paying off. Big milestone
12/4/2018Successfully raised the equity through syndication and closed on the deal. Created investor package and conducted investor presentations / webinars to walk through financials, business plan and returns vs. risks. Now this is real!
